Different businesses, a shared approach

NameSilo Technologies brings together businesses serving digital infrastructure, pipe inspection and marine technology. Their customers and products differ, but each business focuses on practical services and specialized capabilities.

NameSilo LLC helps people establish and manage an online presence. SewerVUE Technologies develops tools for assessing critical pipe infrastructure. Reach Systems builds marine technology and remote inspection equipment for demanding environments.

Supporting the operating companies

Building a business takes attention to its customers, products and people. Across its operating companies, NameSilo Technologies focuses on opportunities to develop capabilities and support growth over time.

The company’s capital allocation approach includes reinvestment in operating businesses, acquisitions, strategic investments and share repurchases. These are different ways to deploy capital toward opportunities management believes can create long-term value for shareholders.

Following the progress

Reading performance alongside strategy

A group overview and a financial report answer different questions. Company profiles describe what each business does and who it serves. Financial results describe the performance reported for a particular period. Reading both helps place investment and operating updates in context.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, NameSilo reported revenue of C$18,803,134, up 16.6% from Q2 2025, and net income of C$1,435,712. These are historical reported results, rather than a prediction about future performance. The August 31, 2026 announcement and the filed financial statements provide the fuller reporting context.

Different measures need different interpretations

Subsidiary updates can discuss orders, pilot projects or capacity alongside financial results. Those developments should be read using the definitions and dates in the original source. Reach’s September 2026 bookings update, for example, describes customer orders secured; bookings are not recognized revenue.

The same care applies to selected investment profiles. Dated ownership disclosures and company descriptions are useful background, but a selection of holdings is not a complete schedule of investments or a statement of current market values.

This company overview draws on the group’s dated reporting. Figures describe their stated periods and do not represent forecasts.
